2. Boss Hogg’s BBQ Shack

Located on Wears Valley Road in Pigeon Forge, this family owned restaurant specializes in slow cooked meats like smoked chicken, brisket, seasoned ribs, and more.  They serve up the classics along with favorite sides like coleslaw, green beans, baked beans, and potato salad. If you’re looking for friendly service and great food, make sure you add Boss Hogg’s to your list. It is just about 5-10 minutes away from Willow Brook Lodge.

3. Calhoun’s

With locations in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Calhoun’s is a must-stop for anyone looking for barbecue in the Smokies.  Calhoun’s slow cooks their meat over split hickory logs until their famous ‘Smoke Ring’ appears on the meat.
